Her diet is a mess , thst isn't a complete balanced healthy diet . I'm pretty sure her symptoms could all be diet related.
The part of her diet that is seeds need to be a conure seed mix ,there need to more than just sunflower seeds. Most seed mixes have limited sunflower seeds and includes pumpkin seeds, squash seeds, mullet, safflower and others.
Fruits should not be so sugary and only about 10% of her daily intake. Some mango is ok that's a good fruit. Other Fruits that are a better choice blueberries, blackberry, pomegranate, plum minis pit, fresh cherry minus pit..a little apple here and there is fine but grapes really only as a treat .
A lot of veggies. Peppers of any kind , mine love red chili peppers, and bell peppers they can eat th seeds if peppers as well. Sweet potatoes, cooked or raw, squashes , leafy green lettuces like romaine, swiss chard, human grade dandelion greens and others , broccoli, carrots, peas, a little fresh corn, green beans, . There are many parrot safe veggies lists easy found by searching include ad much as you can , rotate what you offer. Expect a lot of waste , expect it make take time to learn these are yummy. Do not give up !
A little scrambled or boiled egg a few times a week . I like to mince veggies in the pan and warm and soften then add my eggs to make scrambled eggs with veggies to offer . And I mince in all kinds , carrot , sweet potato, broccoli, peppers, kale , swiss chard.
You can also offer a little cooked quinoa, or lentils or soaked and cooked leguem. Sprouts are great , get into sprouting.
