Looking for a good perch for a DIY stand!

Looking for a good perch to make a DIY stand, are there any vendors or other sellers who sell what I am looking for? Here is a small illustration

I would like a forked perch that I can drill into a wooden slab
Here is an example off amazon, but I don't really trust to buy it directly

If possible, I would also like a perch without the attachment at the end! Please small enough in width for a green cheek conure Our new girl is flighted and needs a safe spot to land other than her cage
I am also open to cheaper (natural) stands in general, but I know that those are usually $100 and we cannot afford that at the moment

Minimum height before the fork would probably be 5" and maximum would be 12", branches can be whatever size, really haha. As long as they aren't super wide

OH! five inches, and it can be taller after the fork as well

update: picked up a nice branch from a local bird store, just finished disinfecting and letting it dry! should be set up in a few hours ended up getting them a seagrass mat too because I can't help myself
