A few more suggestions (these are actually the names of individual killer whales, if that sparks any interest!)I love that-- I actually suggested Pippi and got shot down my my husband and daughter! Our current shortlist consists of Pumpkin, Kiki, Ponyo, Yoshi, Olive, and Bebe; I'm pulling hard for Olive or Yoshi. (My husband has final say since she's technically "his" bird, assuming he continues to be her favorite.)
Cute but a pain in the butt at times good job they are cute I was going to say don’t call them pip as @Pixiebeak said it’s too close to nip and pip gets called pip the nip a lot definitely uses his beak more than remi to get his point acrossXoetix, nice painting! Emma&pico, your conures are beyond cute!
Thank you! I'm slightly nervous (and also excited) about her; I have experience with parakeets and other birds from childhood, but this is our first "legit parrot" (my cockatiel has always been very easygoing as long as we keep her hormones in check). So far, so good, though; the pionus has taken to fresh food like a champ and is really interested in toys, so I'm pleased about that. I just need to convince her to stop trying to fly.@Nostromo as a gorgeous pionus hopefully she comes by to give you some tips I think if I remember right hers as a love for the hubby too
I like that one! I need to start lobbying lolYeah, that’s my diva in my profile pic haha
How about Pecan? Pecan the pionus?
aww, maybe the next pi can be viridianWe've got a Blue Head over here! Pis are truly the best birds. So sweet, mellow, just take life as it comes, but no less loving than the more "spicy" bird personalities. My husband ended up naming our bird, but I had been pulling for Viridian
