Urgent Green Cheeked Conure Making Weird Sound

I noticed my green cheeked conure was making an odd sound. It almost sounded like he was sneezing repeatedly yet he was not. I stepped him up and he continued doing that and then he started doing something that resembled regurgitation. He also very suddenly had a dropping and was struggling to balance after. Then some liquid came out and he’s been acting normal since (eating, talking, flying, etc) but I am unsure what happened and if it is something to worry about.

I have never seen him do that and am unsure of what happened exactly. I do not think he was eating before that as he was sitting on top of his cage.

I’d really appreciate some advice on whether or not this is something I should discuss with a vet and what could have possibly occurred.

Anything like sneezing and weirdness, yrs it's always best to consult a veterinarian. Better safe than sorry.
But it's really difficult to determine from what you have shared what is actually going on.
