Where do I search for breeders in NSW?

I literally cannot find any Pyrrhura breeders in NSW, at least any ethical ones.

I'm looking to get a flighted, parent raised (or co-parented) bird, but all of them are either clipped or hand raised.
Any recommendations? Or sites I can find breeders on? This is a first time looking for breeders for me.

I also have checked my local rescues but none have any at this moment (other than bonded pairs, or very young hatchlings).

Not sure if I will get yet, but I really really want to!
Some sort of Pyrrhura (Green Cheeks, Maroon bellies, Painted Conures, Pearly Conures etc)
