What is this?!?

My budgie Reira, seems to have an unusual nose appearance, I don’t know what it is and I tried looking online, please if anyone can identify what it is, is it deadly or at least curable??? Please someone inform me !!!

I can't see clearly enough..but female nares darken and get flaky during hormonal breeding times

I hope this picture is more clear !! But if she is hormonal what do I do? Do I make a nest for her ??
