Did you soak your chia seeds? That is recommended so they don't draw water out from the body as it makes it's way through the digestive tract

Wow that looks amazing Shawna! I would eat that

lovebirds got broccoli, carrot, two kinds of pepper+seeds, parsnip, bell pepper+seeds and a little seed mix. And pellets, they barely eat any veggies mostly just pick the seeds out but they nibble some. They eat it best when I ‘help’ and pretend to eat little bits and hand it to them, hence the weird holding of the bowl!

Love it! You can try not putting seeds in there bowl then the can’t pick them out. But you can give them seeds when they eat all their veggies.

Quibble ate EVERYTHING I gave him yesterday. I ended up mixing his seeds and Roudybush in with the chop before serving and the only thing left was seed hulls.

Bosco didn't eat as much as I thought he would. Probably mad I didn't give him corn

Ripley threw the broccoli and kale on the floor and at least chewed everything else into tiny bits. Maybe I should be giving him the food to chop for the littles and save myself some time

So today was more of the same and I increased Quibble's portion.

I spent too much time on breakfast this morning Chop from the past few days, with a bit of added frozen mixed veggies added for Bosco, and a fresh soaked batch of China Prairie's Thrive mix added in.

His plate for today compared to what was left from yesterday, which is primarily Hagen Tropican, Roudybush dust, and hulls.
