Tv and other behavior

Hey everyone,
I need help, Barnaby is being a bit of a brat.
He keeps sitting on the tv also eating my hair. Nothing seems to work, he just keeps doing it. I have these playstand around, some of them higher than the tv added millet and stuff but nope. Keep removing him, correcting him (not yelling at him). In need of some tips.

Could you put something on top of the TV ledge? Something that looks strange and unstable? Like some ribbon?

But I've got no idea on the hair eating. Gigi does it everyday to me. She perches on my shoulder, gets settled in, starts to preen herself and then bites my hair too. I think we need to wear hoods. :/

So after trying everything, balloons do the job

I would have blown up the balloons just a little bit. That way if they accidentally land on one, it wont pop and give the bird a heart attack. Good idea otherwise. I have the same problem.

They are blown only a bit, they blow up to twice the size now ^^. Also wanted to make sure that it wouldn't blow but he avoids that place all together.
