It's chop making day today, and I recently heard that some people blend up eggshells and add it to some bird-related recipes as a source of calcium....
Would you guys reccomend adding it to chop, though? Not sure if I've ever heard anyone use them like that, should it only be added to baked recipes?
I don't have any more cuttlebone on hand and I just want to make sure my little gremlins are getting all the nutrients they need...
