Florida native purple passion flower, just love them

I saw my first passion flowers in Las Angeles, CA about 8 years ago, and they immediately became my favorite flower!

There are a few there, this is the biggest. My partner did lots of training up there for the army and absailed the other bridges.

@Pixiebeak It's hard to see with such a close up shot, but the last one I picked up bcuz it looked like a pony. Took it to the Discovery Center in Jarupa Valley (CA) and found out that the red stones are garnets!

Photo Friday again already? Time flies! These are the two dogs that the previous owners of our house abandoned when they left. Blaze, the one with the heart on her head, is the sweetest girl.

Smoke, the huge retriever, seems a little sad a lot of the time. He sure loves a belly rub, though!
