Hi, I need some knowledgeable help. I currently have 4 budgies, first I got 2 boys, then a year later I got what I thought was another 2 boys- but it has transpired that one is a girl.
In the most part everything is good, they are a happy wee flock. However, hormones are starting to show and it's concerning me.
I don't know if I should rehome my girl, but she's flock now so I don't want them missing her. She is quite bossy though, so I need yo do something. I could possibly get another pair, but would I get 2 girls or a boy and a girl?
I have a double flight cage and they have free roam of the living room. Although it's winter here right now so they don't come out to play as much as the summer.
Any advice would super helpful.
They are not tame, although all will come perch on the fingers (for millet lol). I'm happy with them living their budgie life, because I do work.
