I woke up a few minutes ago and when I went to the bedroom where my parrot sleeps, i removed the blanket we use to cover her during the night to get darker and warm her from the cold and there's and egg on the floor of her cage and i don't know what to do.

This isn't the first time this has been happening, the last time was in April/May this year and now it happened again, it was a single egg today and I still don't know what to do last time she laid 3 eggs but it took a few days until she had all 3. She's been "in the mood" since monday and here we would see her inside her cage and do some sounds and rub her belly on her cage floor usually at 5am every single day and she would spend most of the time sitting inside her food bowl which is very small and she barelly fit in and it's very high in her cage.

She's around 14 years old and this never happened before, Is it the location chance why she is laying eggs? She used to fly and walk around the house during the day and whe would sleep at night near our kitchen but after winter last year my mom moved her to a guest room because she thinks it's warmer for her to sleep. I also read laying unfertilazed eggs can also be unhealthy for the bird, is there any way i can stop it or make it less often? What should i do now that she layed more eggs (only one for now)?

Just some details if anyone wants to know:
Her diet is based on: Seeds and grains, a few vegetables mostly green beans and broccoli and a few fruits mostly orange, apple and tangerine and some seasonal fruits and sometimes treat sticks that has honey can coconut and she has a calcium block on the corner of her cage and we often see her taking some pieces and eating it.
Her sleep schedule is: Usually we make a last daily cage cleaning around 4 - 5 pm, we fill her water bowl, we close the gate for the day and my mom cover her gate with a very thin blanket to make it a little warm anda a little darker for her to sleep and we leave her there, the next day we usually wake up around 5 - 6 am which is when my mom remove her blanket and open her cage to clean, fill water and food bowls and let her free to walk, fly and play around the house.
