For those who don't know Brian Barczyk from YouTube

Sadly, he is in final journey with pancreatic cancer. He is now in hospice care in Michigan. I don't know him personally, but have watched YouTube channel for years. If you ever watched his channel, he is character, super funny, extremely knowledgeable and just all around good guy. He said his final goodbyes yesterday, on YouTube. I broke down into blubbering mess. Still am.
If you are reptile person and I know alot of you are. Send him and his family peaceful prayers love and honor. Thank you

While I don’t support his business, his care or his practices. It’s a bummer to see someone go through that. Especially despite the shortcomings, he was a pillar in the online reptile community. Seeing that last video it was a shock to see how he looked now versus a few years ago when I started avoiding his content.

He actually blocked me on Facebook - two friends of mine ended up with a mite infestation after getting snakes from him. He blocked both of them when they (way too nicely, in my opinion) asked for compensation. So I had a go and blasted the photos everywhere. Between the mites, his treatment and lack of care for his animals (poor Bubbles and RJ), and his attitude and refusal to take responsibility... I don't care for him.

That said, I'd never ever wish for him to go through this, and I wish he and his family well.

I looked him up after seeing your post, because I didn't know who he was. I ended up going down a rabbit hole of debates, articles, and videos about him. Seems he's quite a controversial person for various reasons.
