Egg laying mackaw

Hi can anyone help. My mackaw keeps laying eggs seven so far this year. She got egg bound with the lastvone nearly killed her. Got my worst bite ever trying to get her in warm water. Not her fault we got twisted pluss she was dieing. Thankfully got it out. How can I stop her from laying. She lays a lot

Have you seen an avian vet about the egg laying?

What changes have been made already in an attempt to limit and deal with the laying?

OUCH. You better get that checked.

A few things:

Have your macaw checked by an avian vet.

Since she's been laying a lot you should give her liquid calcium. It can help prevent egg binding & prolapse.

Cut back on soft foods. Try some foraging so she has to work for some her food. No petting other than the head, beak & feet.

Ouch that looks really sore and you cleaned it up try a bit of salt water salt and warm water hopefully will help cleaning and healing
