So one problem I've found with super reinforcing my coop is that I can't moved it. Which means the chickens have destroyed the grass and now there's nothing but dirt (or mud, after a week of rain). I make sure they get fresh greens and veg a few times a week, but they keep trying to reach through the fence to get the grass.

How do you keep grass in a coop that can't move?

One of the flaws with run/coop chicken keeping...
Honest answer is you cannot. Unless you can alternate them between coops, giving each time to rest, it won't work.
I have seen these though which look interesting! Obviously this is not suitable to cover the whole bottom of your coop but it'll allow some access to grass.

Maybe they'd enjoy some alfalfa hay in there too? That may help with the mud and they can eat it, might be a pain to keep clean but it's a thought.
*Must have access to grit if you give hay, technically they should have access to it if they get grass too.
