I don't know about apps, but when you are not home, destructable toys and foraging are good things to offer. You can move the toys around in the cage/area to keep interest piqued, and you can include treats in the foraging.
Some people make playlists on youtube or spotify to play music, programmes, or bird sounds for their birds during the day when they are out.
