Pictures Zupreem Pallet Size Inconsistency!!

We are at the end of our old Zupreem pallet supply so I opened up the boxes delivered January 2024 this morning. Did anyone else also notice this dramatic increase in pallet size? I am not sure if this is a one-off quality control incidence or if Zupreem permanantly changed their formula. My birds love this specific flavor and size, so now I'm worried...

To be fair, we don't know that it's not an intentional change. Currently it's just conjecture.

Yup that looks like a mistake. The bag on the left is the correct size. The bag on the right looks like parakeet size pellets.
I just ordered a bag of the very small pellets today off Amazon. I will probably get it tomorrow. I’ll let u know how mine looks.

I had an issue years ago with Zupreem Natural pellets. The bag was marked wrong. Called & they sent me a replacement.

Update: I contacted Zupreem using the contact form on their website. An agent reached out to me via email, and they refunded me for the cost of the pallets (not including tax, shipping). They didn't know what went wrong, but the agent opened an investigation case using the batch number.
