Hi guys... A sad news my budgie died today but I don't really know what is the cause of dead. Here is some picture that I took after she died. Before that I noticed the droppings were white...

Today I brought my budgie to the vet to have his overgrown beak trimmed, but while the vet was sanding his beak down with a Dremel he had a heart attack and died. I was wondering, does this commonly happen to budgies, or was the dremel just a bad tool of choice?
