I see people say and post pics of giving their birds scrambled eggs. How do you make them without butter and a nonstick pan, and still be safe for our fids?

I just put one in a small soup bowl and into the microwave, have a look after 20 seconds, stir, 10 secs etc, stir till it is done. It does not stick.

I heat my SS pan up with a little bit of olive oil just enough to very lightly coat the bottom, toss in eggies and veggies.

In fact today I will be making some for my guys.

I do the same as Kristy, but I add some crushed egg shell to the egg mixture.

On a cold night my lot love to be fed scrambled egg off a spoon to fill their crops just before being covered for the night and it keeps them warm throughout.
Another favourite is warm cooked sweet potatoe.:hug8:

I just throw an egg or two on the griddle without oil or anything and it works fine. :D

I use a SS pan but just spray a little Smart Balance spray in the pan and they dont stick. I also add chopped veggies and cayenne pepper and herb salad, red palm oil. I dont make them the same everytime. Hard boiled eggs are also great.
