I know that neither gender is known for their talking ability, but have never heard that one gender is "better" than the other. As for size, I assume that you are speaking in millimeters? Does that take into account the stand for the height? I am asking as this is a species well known for its long tail. The 580mm depth might be pushing it as they can get to be more than 430mm in length and you do not want them to always be banging their tail on toys, perches, bars, etc. whenever they try to turn around.
