How can I safely cover bad smells

I hope this is in the right place? I'm looking for something we can use in the same house as Lily, to cover up dog pee. We have a yr old dog that never house broke and still pees inside, . Putting him outside permanently isn't an option. I just need something to cover up the smell. We've tried vinegar, but that's not really sustainable due to that smell. Anything from deodorizing stuff to cleaning stuff. Any advice would be great.

Nature's Miracle is one option. Baking soda left overnight can help.
