Homemade parrot food?

It's getting harder and harder to find Trinity's pellets so I'm looking into alternatives that I can make at home. She's been on a mainly pellet diet for 16+ years and has never shown any interest in any parrot chops that I've made before.
Anyone have a bird food recipe that their parrots enjoy and/or tips for switching over a stubborn bird?
I am on a fixed income so budget friendly ideas are most welcome

Sorry. It's Tropican Lifetime Formula Food Sticks I think. I switched her over when I started having a hard time find the Zupreem veggie pellets that she likes. I don't want to order the food online because I like to inspect the bag and it's contents (if the bag is clear or has a window) before buying it

I use tropican as well. None of the bags have any clear portions. It is difficult to find, but my local bird store will order it for me. The problem is that it is far more expensive than to just order it online that way.
