Ginsu went to the vet

Ginsu (swainsons toucan) had a swollen foot and a growth on the bottom so she went to the vet yesterday. Turns out she has bumble foot. Heading to the hardware store to get cotton rope for perches for her. She's got a lot of natural branches in her cage so I'm going to braid some of the rope over them. We also got her a new cage that we're setting up over the weekend, we bought her a kings 506...

I have heard of bumble foot. I hope Ginsu gets better.

She should be fine. I'm using an antibiotic cream on her foot twice a day. Granted she doesn't trust me to take her out after the trip to the vet.

What is bumble foot? Also, where did you get your Toucan?
