feeding Harrison's power treats

The treats are too large and hard for green cheek conure scarlet.
She'll suck on them for a bit and then drop. Can I ground them up in bird bread? Are there any recipes that's safe to use them in?

You could use them in bird bread. I don't have a recipe handy; I usually just use 2 cups of flour like spelt, add an egg, and then add baby food puree until moist, and then add in any veggies, seeds, etc, and bake it at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. You could potentially also just use the power treats as the flour, but I've never done that.
