I need some advice I have a irn

I am getting a media TV wall built and have purchased a electric fire place with led lights. Are these medi wall fireplaces safe for birds.

They only let hot air out from the vents

You won't get a lot of information on an item like that. I would run it a few days on/off without the birds being in any proximity. Make very sure it has no odor while being run before you even consider it.
