Cockatiel Has Egg Stuck About 90% Out.

My cockatiel has been laying eggs and this morning I thought she was laying another when I saw that it was about 90% out. (I'm guessing 90%. it may be all the way out)
It's been 5 hours and it's still there. She has been eating and climbing all over the outside of her cage all morning but it's still there. I don't know if it's just stuck to her feathers or if there is some other reason for it not to be released. I thought that if it was just stuck to her feathers she would have knocked it off by now but it's stubbornly hanging on.
She's acting fine, in fact right now she's sitting on my knee happily preening herself.
I don't know if I should try and see if it's stuck on some feathers by feeling it or what else to do. I'm afraid of somehow hurting her.
Any help would be appreciated.

I would be getting assistance from a vet. There are a lot of sensitive parts there, and if the egg is stuck, it could turn into a prolapse or invite infection.

Off to the vet now. If the egg is broke inside her it van kill her. If no vet is available then try sitting her in the sink with warm water. It needs to be deep enough to cover her vent. Stay with her & hold her in the water. No more than 10 minutes max. Take a Q-tip & very gently swap some liquid coconut oil around the vent/egg.

FYI: She needs to poop out the same hole the egg comes out, so this needs to be dealt with NOW!
