Hey,
I was wondering what I can use to clean feeding bowls with? I saw online dawn dish soap but live in the Netherlands, so we don't have that one.

I have always used whatever dish detergent I use for all our dishes so they are washed in my choice of liquid or in the dishwasher.
There is not a problem with using any kind of detergent you like- just rinse the dishes well to remove the soap residue.

I do not understand how you can clean anything properly with just vinegar- It does not break down grime, grease or anything else, do you wash your personal dishes in vinegar?

I throw mine in the dishwasher. But any type of soap intended for dishes should be fine. Just rinse thoroughly :)

I wash all of mine every day in the dishwasher along with the rest of my dishes, and just use normal dishwasher detergent. Always have.

I use a combo of vinegar and dish soap as needed on my own dishes-- soap to deal with oils/removing residue, vinegar to disinfect, but for the budgies (with their dry food) white vinegar is all I need. I don't have back-up dishes for the budgies, and we don't run our dishwasher daily (three people in an apartment, we handwash when we can).
